A Law Office Dedicated To Alternative Dispute Resolution and Preventative Law
I represent unions exclusively in the arbitration of disputes arising under collective bargaining agreements.
Since 1993, I have devoted most of my practice to advocating in cases involving improper discharge or termination claims (just cause), wage and hour claims, and statutory claims.
My Union clients represent workers in the state of Washington in the public and private sectors, such as nursing, retail sales, and food processing.
I also represent unions in negotiations of collective bargaining agreements.
Whether its acting as a lead negotiator or simply reviewing proposals, I work with my clients to ensure language is developed to met important bargaining goals.
Many individual employment agreements now contain mandatory arbitration agreements. This trend develops from a desire to cut costs and to limit recovery of damages. Individuals who are terminated or who have other potential claims that are subject to such agreements cannot afford to go it alone. I offer zealous representation to such individuals in the arbitration of their contractual and/or statutory claims.
